The Winter Shelter opened this past Monday and 16 people came out of the very cold temperatures. There were no incidents and our clients were happy to be in a warm and safe environment. I have been attending a number of meetings to discuss housing issues in light of the foreclosures and how it is impacting all Social Services . We have yet to see the worst of what is happening to familes. At least our Winter Shelter , South Napa Shelter and Samaritan Family Shelter are helping to ease this problem

I’ve always said “A close mouth never gets fead” The clients need us to ask the question for them, so we can help them get answsers .We can & will make a differents and it will take time and some guidant’s and alot of patients from us to give them the help they badly need !! Thank You for the Winter Shelter ! I’ve stayed in all shelter & used the system to help make me who i am today !
